All rates are subject to Wisconsin and Dane County Sales tax.
Rates may be adjusted up or down, without notice, for length of stay, time of year,
peak event dates, number of guests and planned use of the property.
Check In is after 3:00 p.m. and Check Out is before 11:00 a.m.
(Sorry, pets or smoking are not allowed.)
Full payment is due in order to reserve your stay.
Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults.
Payment may be made by credit card or check. A $25 processing fee will be applied for any check that is returned due to insufficient funds or otherwise.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date will be honored with a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days and up to 15 days prior to the occupancy date will forfeit half of the rental amount .
- Cancellations of 15 days or less from the rental date will forfeit the entire rental amount.

Date Changes will be honored if made more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date and we are able to accomodate those dates. If date changes are made less than 30 days prior to the occupancy date and we are able to accomodate those dates, a change fee may be charged up to the cancellation fee(s) stated above.
